Above and beyond we use a company called ProHome to facilitate our homeowner walkthrough and orientation services, warranty callback processing, etc. Likewise, they schedule a "pre-close" walk-through, and 2 additional walk-thru's at about month 3 and 11 to insure any warranty issues are addressed.
