• STEP I: Custom Building | Getting Started

  At the outset we simply... l-i-s-t-e-n. It's important for us to identify your overall building requirements such as; preferred move-in time, proposed budget and how your new home will improve your lifestyle. Not only are we willing to answer the basic questions about pricing and features; we strive to present the best possible solutions to your home building needs (overall).

• STEP II: Plan Design

  You may choose from an array of original floor plan designs to modify, or have a home personally created just for you. Our talented design team can create a uniquely styled layout in a timely manner. At this stage, we will introduce the knowledge, and expertise of our architectural designer. Our designer will be able to offer concepts and ideas that will blend nicely with your own. Whether you are modifying one of our existing plans or designing a new home from scratch, the creative spirit of our designer will ensure that your home will not only meet, but exceed the needs and expectations of you and your family.

• STEP III: Preparations

  Hidden costs? Not with SCCH. Our competent staff will inspect your lot in order to assure all existing site conditions are taken into consideration during the initial design phase, i.e.: utilities, drive-ways, topography, and/or special neighborhood requirements. SCCH will assist you in locating the perfect building site for your family, should assistance be required.

• STEP IV: Plan Reviews

  Once the preliminary floor plan is established, we review and refine the details of your home until completion.

• STEP V: Commitment

  As soon as the architectural drawings, allowances and home specs are finalized, you may review and sign the construction contract.
